In the domestic market, our warranty period is one year or 6000Km. During the warranty period, most of the damaged parts can be replaced with new ones for free, except the artificially damaged parts. Please note that artificially damaged parts are not covered by the warranty (such as misoperation, collision, etc.). The above scheme is for your reference.
For the foreign markets, the old-for-new approach is not suitable. Because the international shipping cost is much higher than the value of the spare part itself. Therefore, almost all motorcycle factories around the world adopt the same approach:
Providing some free spare parts. Usually we will provide you with 1%-2% free spare parts (depending on the price, sales time, etc.) as our after-sales service.

The local retailers provide warranty to end users (6000km a year or 10000km for two years). Manufacturers and wholesalers provide retailers with the necessary parts inventory and technical support.
